Foundation for Spirituality and Innovation (“FSI”) is a consulting organisation that focuses on development in education. FSI develops and provides a wide range of consulting products and services for the establishment of educational, academic and infrastructure projects and facilities in India and abroad. These services include:

FSI is focussed on evolution of the human spirit. It develops platforms giving all persons the ability to access education, creativity and discover the innate potential within them. The spirit of inclusion and oneness is the central focus of FSI activities. At the institutional level, this leads to the development of traditions. At the individual level, it builds character.

ORGANISATION STRUCTURE

FSI has a background in education, management, strategic planning, exports, finance, project planning, design, teacher training, materials development, education philosophy, child psychology and experience in seeing projects work on the ground. Senior members of the team have worked with international organizations and multilateral agencies, including research universities. The operational team includes persons with hands-on experience in school administration and management. Leading architects, designers, construction/project management specialists are associated with FSI. The special requirements of educational institutions are understood by the FSI team.
